I wear many hats, and every single one has a story behind it.
I’ve spent over 25 years as a successful hairstylist and salon owner, which inspired my book It’s Not a Hustle, It’s a Career — a straight-shooting guide for anyone navigating the beauty industry on their own terms.
I’ve also walked the walk in health and fitness. As a figure competitor, boot camp instructor, and wellness coach, I’ve lived the discipline, the setbacks, the comebacks — and I turned that experience into cookbooks and Saving Yourself with Eating and Exercise, a no-excuses, mind-body-soul approach to real transformation.
But life hasn’t been all medals and milestones.
I was married for 16 years to a narcissist. That experience broke me open, but it also built the woman you see today. I write and speak to help others survive, heal, and reclaim their power after emotional abuse.
Every book I sell comes from a place of truth, healing, and lived experience.
